Free £10 on account Virgin......

We'll my second order has had a cancellation email...although the postage I paid has gone from my card!

First order is still showing as shipped on site second is showing as in progress. The £10 has been recredited to my account not sure what to use it on now, might just leave it and see if the other orders turn up...don't want them to come and claim any money back from me lol

Good luck to everyone else expecting/hoping for parcels- I put in my order wednesday evening, heard nothing from Virgin Vie until this morning when both my package and an email stating my item was despatched arrived so there's hope even if they haven't confirmed sending your item yet.

wow im so excited, i today recieved my package a beautiful bracelet and some glitter mascara, i paid 7p to cover the postage but used quidco and got 90p back.
they even put in 2 of the mascaras so i did the right thing and sent them an e-mail saying they had sent me an extra one by mistake and did they want me to return the extra one. just had a reply saying that i can keep the extra one even though it was a mistake.
this is the best freebie yet

I got one order which was cancelled then showed as shipped but they didn't confirm email as despatched :rolleyes: the second one I ordered with the cash they put back on my account has just been confirmed as depatched by email.My virgin vie stuff always arrives via courier

I have redeemed £10 voucher (sitting in my account) does it go along with the coupon HOME which give £10 off? i.e. can I order something worth £20 using these voucher and coupon?

My original order for a shower gel was cancelled and the £10 re-credited to my account. On Thursday I ordered exactly the same, plus one more, and paid £1.75 on my card. This order has arrived this morning!

Hi All! Anyone know whether I'm likely to receive order from Virgin Vie if it's showing as "shipped" in my order history? Have had no E-mail advice of dispatch tho'. Strange really, because they did send a message saying order was cancelled, now it looks as tho' it might be on it's way!!!???
