Lets be fair to people who have honestly stuck to the terms and conditions of the offer its your own fault for not adhering to them you cannot expect any company to offer such a deal.

No email for me? I ordered some make and paid a couple of pounds extra on my debit card. Just logged onto my Virgin Vie account and says it's at the warehouse. No idea if I'll get it or not!

Just had an email saying that my order had been cancelled and that my money (£10) will be refunded back to my account...

still no refund though...

i got same email so i went ordered the teddy with code VMONEY cost me 25p, also u can get candles free and scented little pillows for er little money -- not lot in there buy hey

I think they will be returned again if you use the VMONEY code as part of the t&c is also not to be used with any other offer.
