We will credit your account with the voucher value to allow you to reselect item(s) from our Homeware range. To access this credit you will need to logon using the same email address as used when you first claimed the voucher credit. The voucher was explicitly allocated by Email address .

Phew, thank god i ordered from the homeware range, i didn't read the t&c's properly either, just pot luck i found a cushion i wanted.

Though i hope i get mine as the product now doesn't appear anywhere, it was a sale item, im guessing they've sold out now.

Had the same email. Such a shame, there is nothing in the homeware range that I like to buy. Well I do like the stuff but my purse doesnt....
