Also,
I hope that you kept a record of the sim numbers.
You could try ringing them during the coming weeks. He might be stupid enough to have sold them and the person that answers may be able to tell you who they got them from.
If they have genuinely gone missing in the post then you may be able to involve the police, should you get an answer."Unhappiness is not knowing what we want, and killing ourselves to get it."Post Count: 4,111 Thanked 3,111 Times in 1,111 Posts (Actual figures as they once were))Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.0 -
Thanks for the great ideas people.0

Whilst there is no guarantee of success without proof of posting, it may still be worth filling in a claim form from the Post Office but you cannot make a claim until 15 days after the posting date and the maximum claim is 100 times the price of a first class stamp (£30).
You can make a claim via the following link
Royal Mail Customer Services
I have successfully claimed without proof of posting but I always get a proof of posting for anything important or of any value.
Good luck.0 -

Wrong. Its your responsibility to ensure receipt of goods in the condition expected regardless of the buyer paying for insurance. Insurance only protects you, not the buyer.0 -
He has almost certainly received them and is ripping you off for being dumb enough to send them without proof of postage.
Easy tiger, Ive sent over 150 packages before and never had a problem. Excuse me for having some faith in the human race0 -
richto,
What you suggest in your second post amounts to fraud and should not be posted here.0 -

What you do is send him an empty envelope by Special delivery and give paypal the tracking number. If you already told them you havnt got proof, then tell them you sent a replacement...
Oh and leave him NFB on 89 days, 23 hours after the end of the auction...
Don't do that whatever you do!
The 90 day feedback ruling is not true. So long as you have the item number and the sellers/buyers ID, you can leave feedback way after 90 days have passed.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
I hope that you kept a record of the sim numbers.
Cheers for this rizla. I emailed him on Friday evening stating that I would give the numbers a call over the next few weeks and that I would also contact O2 to get the numbers blocked. The sims arrived the next morning :T0
