First Direct ISA paying 4.5% not 5.89

I have just checked my statement online and worked out that im only getting 4.5% interest on my First Direct ISA and not 5.89%. Ive sent a secure message to them on monday but as yet have not had a reply.
Can someone else please check what rate they are getting please?
I worked out that £3600 should pay approx £17-18 a month at 5.89% but only £13-14 a month at 4.5%

At face value that's correct, assuming you've put £3600 in there in one lump sum.
But where does your 5.89% come from? Not familiar with the FD ISA myself, but on their website it's advertised as 4.5%.
