Hello
Just signed up to a new contract with Orange which I thought at the time was on Racoon 25. However it seems that the Dolphin 25 is the one they have signed me on to. Is there any way I can change it without canceling the contract. I have called them and they have told me they can't do anything only upgrade my account. I don't know what to do? Anyone have any suggestions?

I signed up online. I just called them now the guy spoke to his manager who said he can't change it. He could however change it to a more expensive contract.0

i was speaking to 150. i don't have any confirmation except that my order had been accepted and then another email telling me to about delivery.0
