Orange

Hello

Just signed up to a new contract with Orange which I thought at the time was on Racoon 25. However it seems that the Dolphin 25 is the one they have signed me on to. Is there any way I can change it without canceling the contract. I have called them and they have told me they can't do anything only upgrade my account. I don't know what to do? Anyone have any suggestions?

    they can do it, where did you sign up from? its their mistake they need to sort it out

  • I signed up online. I just called them now the guy spoke to his manager who said he can't change it. He could however change it to a more expensive contract.

    In my experience Orange are best avoided, they don't have a clue what they are doing most of the time, but if it is their mistake you should try and force them to change it.
    Finally bought a home
    Starting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £188,257.86
    Overpayments since 27.03.19: £53,969.12
    Moving fund so far £3500 - Premium bonds £9,500
  • Thing is I am worried if they cancel the original contract I won't get the Quidco cashback?

    do you have email confirmation anything like that with the tariff on there?

    are you speaking to 150 or the actual web sales team?

  • i was speaking to 150. i don't have any confirmation except that my order had been accepted and then another email telling me to about delivery.
