    - I think you're forgetting that having a 100% record isn't everything. As a buyer if I see that a seller hasn't got 100% I always look at their feedback. The comments left by the seller often give me more confidence to bid than just a 100% - (there are a lot of serious scammers who just build up their 100% on small or false transactios and then do a spate of scams betting that their 100% will fool the bidders long enough to part with their money.)

It's easy to see when a negative isn't deserved, and the sellers comments really are a good indicator of how they will behave if one has a problem.

In short: don't be afraid of a few undeserved negatives, it just gives you the opportunity to instill confidence in your future buyers because they will look particularly at those comments to see what happened.

Use the NPB and feedback systems properly and to your advantage. :)

Well you all know my opinion (NEG!!!!!!)

But first start NPB process and see how you get on, might get the buyer to respond and pay up. If not NEG, NEG , NEG!!!!! This takes some backbone to do.....

If they do pay I would probably not bother with any feedback at all.

It frustates me that people would consider not starting the NPB process. How are other eBayers to know this person is a waste of time.
  • I'd check this user's profile for recent activity. If none, it may be that they have abandoned eBay altogether for some reason, and therefore won't leave a neg. Maybe their computer broke down. On the other hand, maybe they're just taking the !!!!!!, and would do it to other sellers.
