Orange paygo phone bought Tuesday stolen Thursday

Hi

Son bought a Segem with orange sim Tuesday. Enabled sim card did not write phone number down. No credit on phone. Took it to school today Thursday it was stolen.:mad:

How do we report it is stolen to Orange when we do not know the phone number?

ANy help would be appreciated:D

Contact Orange and give the the IMEI number of the phone, there will be a sticker on the Box that has this information on it, Orange will then be able to Bar the phone making it unusable.

Barring the phone is quite effective.. I once had a Sim card reported missing in the post, when in fact the person I sold it to had recieved it.. Anyway, I rang T-mobile with the phone number, they looked up the IMEI number of the phone it had been used in and blocked it.. Needless to say the next day the buyer of the sim card came begging for forgiveness - he had recieved the sim, but his phone was suddenly not able to make any phone calls.
