Just found the T-mobile link on TopCashBack.co.uk, and it states

So surely they won't pay out if your SIM is canceled as soon as you receive it??

Umm, interesting why they include it on the TCB site but not Quidco. If there's ever any Terms they usually include this on the page with all the other info.

so maybe Quidco will pay regardless of how long the SIM is active and TCB wont? I'm new to these cashback schemes so am just being cautious!

They have the same 3 month warning on Cashback Kings.

You can get £30 cashback on this same deal with Dial-a-phone at Cashback Kings (I couldn't find it on Quidco and TopCashback) and there doesn't seem to be any restictions on it there.

  • Can I ask anyone here????

Now I have this T-mobile simcard (1 month contract and ordered through quidco) which I plan to use for 2 months. If I cancel the contract after 2 months and after that I buy new 1 month contract simcard again through quidco, will I be able to get cashback from quidco again???? or it is only for first order??? Thank you

I am just waiting for it to track!!

Have double insurance of doing street checker before confirming order which means if I happen not to be happy with the coverage I receive I can return for a refund within 14 days. If anyone signs up you may want to consider doing this to?? Guess they would have to stick to this... hopefully!
Green and minimal chemicals is the new black- I know a fair old bit about sustainability, specially energy and transport stuff. If I can help- please ask!
  • Can I ask another question? I bought the simcard last 2weeks and quidco has Validated the cashback for this deal. Will I be able to cancel the contract after 1 month? will I get cahback if I cancel the contract after using 2 months???

Far better to go for the Vodaphone deal of a simcard only. Its £90 cashback via Quidco aslong as its active for 4 months @£15/month.I intend to keep mine for 6 months anyway so its free if the cashback gets paid (Already validated after 24 hours)They also do a £20/month for more mins if you need them.

See the note at the top of this forum post with regards to this advice being cancelled due to the 3 month minimum requirement. Just on the phone now to t-mobile to cancel mine. If you have purchased the SIM card and wish to cancel then you can do so within 7 days of receiving the SIM. This is part of the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 and so they have to cancel it by law. You'll probably just have to pay for any calls you've made in that time.

Just got off the phone and everything's cancelled - oh well, sometimes you find the loopholes with cashback sites and sometimes you don't - nothing gained, nothing lost.

What's the best number to ring T-Mobile to cancel? Their website's not being very helpful!
