Well they are lying and deceiving by pretending to me Orange.
But you can probably get an even better deal from T-mobile themselves. The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster!

Never buy as a result of cold calling......0

There is a very good chance that that offer is a scam, possibly someone trying to get hold of your bank details. Be careful.0

Yes, they have lied to you in the initial communication so definitely to be avoided!
I don't buy anything from cold-callers.0 -
Got a call from Orange (i'm on T-mobile and contract coming to an end)
they offered me this
£30 a month
600 mins
unlimited texts
unlimited internet
Nokia N82
Any good?
Call T-mobile and ask for the same deal as an upgrade - (flex 35 - is currently £25 per month on their website for 18 month contract. )
The first upgrade offered might not be the best, so my advice would be to make a note of the deal and then ring cancellations. The second deal should be better.
DO NOT ACCEPT the deal unless you are happy...0
