Dunfermline regular saver - check your direct debit!

My first statement for the regular saver ISA arrived this morning and alerted me to the fact that there was no regular saving going on!
They told me I hadn't filled in the direct debit form, although they also said this had been happening a lot, so I am inclined to suspect that the direct debit form was missing from the PDF I downloaded.
The good news is that the missed payments can be made up by cheque, now or before the end of the financial year.
