Afternoon hun.
Good luck with the new plan I have started a similar one myself but the other end of the spectrum as I am overweightso have joined the gym and have vowed to get exercising and eating three balanced meals rather than snacking.
Your GP should be slapped for saying that about being underweight. I had comments about my weight when I lost my babies too.
Although I know there is medical evidence to support both under and overweight causing problems they can not say that is the reason either of us lost our babies as soooooooooooo many other reasons it could have happened.
To lose a baby is one of the saddest things ever and for a medical expert to imply that you might be possible for that loss is mortifying.
Good luck with the 5 a day hun as I struggle with that so much. I quite like fruit but never eat itProud to be dealing with my debts - DFW No: 712

Thanks hun...
When GP said it I just kinda took it as the explanation, tried not to beat myself up about it too much but it was always a niggle..
It was only after a conversation with my boss (a Dr) and his response that I actually got angry with GP for it.....
DH and I have had a few chats about it since, and we've come to the whimsical and philosophical conclusion that this world wasnt right for our baby, and it was safer for him to not enter the world..... which is what works for us as an explanation.
I'm really chuffed that I have a very supportive boss about the whole thing and he helps me out with some nutritional advice (fruit was his number one thing but I think we've agreed to disagree on that one!)....
I defo feel like a new leaf has been overturned, DH and I have got a nice couple of days planned to just chill out with each other, Gordon is doing well, the house WILL get there, and then life will flow...Wealth is not measured by currency0 -
Hun I think thats the best way to look at these things too as you will never know the definative answer.
Looking after yourself now can only ever be beneficial:D
After reading your statements/plans I feel I might benefit from a bit of regeneration. Have had a rough few weeks and a truly awful day yesterday so feel the starting a fresh plan might be just what the lady needs.
Took Ruby back to the vets today and she has finally started putting weight on :T 2 kilos in 2 weeks, she takes after me :rotfl:Proud to be dealing with my debts - DFW No: 712

Think Gordon might have done the same as well!
Regeneration can only be a good thing eh?
Someone who comes in to see us at work and I were talking (he's a very christian chap), talking about change, and he said to me "Withouth change, there would be no butterflies"
And I just think thats such a beautiful thing...
Sent you a PM by the way....
