feeling quite a lot better today, had two adjustments yesterday which freed up the nerve flow, quite a bit and managed to get lots of sleep, although I did wake up in quite a few cold sweats through the night...

Been into work for a couple of hours and cleared my desk so that was productive, lunch was bought for me although i didnt enjoy it as much as i usually do because my stomach's still not quite right...

DH is cooking salmon tonight so that'll be interesting!
Going on a walk tomorrow with work and some of the practice members and taking Gordon Ramsay along too, so that'll be fun!
Got quite a bit of training to get through tomorrow as well, so hoping to set myself up a nice productive space to work through that stuff.

And now im off to check my bank accounts!

well the forums were done so I spent some time clearing in our garden and plating up my herb pots!

Just got a letter from the dread IF.com credit card.....:eek:
