    Good Day all,

I would have said good morning since I didnt wake up until 1pm! My body obv needs it at the moment so I'm giving it whatever it wants.

As such, OH has bought me breakfast in bed well cereal... and i think i might just stay in bed the rest of the day. Have felt really rough over the past few days, and wont have another day off for at least 4 days so want to make the most of my rest time.

Got to write a letter to cancel OH's gym membership today which will save us £28 a month... all my balance transfers went through with no problems.
I've updated our snowball with the payments which have come out so far and we're just a little over £24k.... nothing on OH's car just yet which is a bit disappointing.

Although we did change up the dollars which we bought back from holiday which gave us £300, which OH has paid into his account so that he's got some money in there to pay next month's bills if he still hasnt acquired a job by then. he applied for another part time one yesterday and I've got to write him a cover letter for another one today.
Figured out even if he just bought home £500 a month we could survive, and still be making a small overpayment to the debt side of things and not sink any deeper.

I'm yet to make a start on the pile of bits i found to load up onto ebay, just really have not had the energy at all....going off to find something chilled to listen to on youtube

After mooching on youtube, heard this:

    When you're down and out
    When you're on the street
    When evening falls so hard
    I will comfort you

    I'll take your part
    When darkness comes
    And pain is all around
Like a bridge over troubled water
    I will lay me down
Like a bridge over troubled water
    I will lay me down

Made me very reflective and appreciative of what I have in life xx

Just wanted to share it with you all xx

    Awww bless you!

Of course you're going to clear it, just look back at all the progress you've made.
Lots of free cash, and you're doing well with your no spend days. You should be mighty proud of yourself...

Have you thought about joining EHallets challenge, a payment a day, I've just joined in, and the idea is you pay something off every day, off one debt if you want, to work the balance down, can be as small a payment or as large. Some people r putting the odd money in a jar and then physically going to pay it off in one large chunk. Seems quite fun as you can just pay off £1 etc.

As for the Ebay motivation... Im afraid I'm the same LOL

    OK Small dilemma....

OH and I have £600 in our debt repayment account.
Now we've got 3 credit cards left to pay.
One is 0% for 9 months paying £10 a month
Another is 2.9% till march paying £50 a month
The other is 19.9% and has £335.94 left on it.

    Now heres the dilemma.
Oh thinks we should just pay the minimum on this and keep the extra in the debt account to help us out next month if he still hasnt got himself a job..

I on the other hand think we should just clear it and pay it off so we're not paying huge APR and then thats another debt gone.So if we pay it off plus the other credit cards payments we would still have £200 a month left in the debt account to help out next month.

I guess I also dont want OH to be relying on having enough left in accounts to cover next month and the month after as I think he needs a serious kick up the backside to get a job together. He's hardly done anything since we came back from holiday and its now starting to bug me a little bit, as I think there is so much more he could be doing...

So what would everyone else do?
Minimum payment and save the excess or pay it off?
