Hmmmmmmmmm especially as I am on some wierd mixture with pasta tonight.

Elantan _ I will actually be getting most of this stuff from M&S as due to my size (22/24) I find it difficult to buy formal work stuff and there is a suit at £26!

i can relate to that when i had an interview in may... it took me a while to get clothes ...so sympathy there

Have to say Jinks - the beef shin was really well priced - I bought nearly 2 pounds of it for £4 odd and it was beef reared on their farm etc. I'll make a casserole at the weekend and freeze the leftovers - or share with you jinks if you can hop down here for dinner at the weekend!
    god I wish I could:T
working though...could you save it for next week?
and we will come down there instead of up North for holiday:D

    Mmmmm

Jealous of the beef stew being cooked up. Might have to rootle through the freezer tonight to see if I've got any stewing beef in there and bung it in the slow cooker for the weekend. Also planning a fish pie made with cider rather than a cream sauce. It's totally delicious.

Tonight though will be beans on toast or poached haddock and egg with mash.:rotfl:

I am making storecupboard meals this week, so I am having the very nutritious  combination of Birds Eye spicy chicken grill thingies, potato wedges and sweetcorn.

Ah see the plan is to have the poached fish mash and egg tonight with a cheese sauce made from the poacing liquid and use the extra wee bit of fish I've got with some other frozen odds in the freezer to make spiced fishcakes for next week to have with sweet potato wedges and broccoli... Its part of my 'use what you've got' plan to minimise GC spend in July.

Oh - and to subsidise my current soft fruit habit as discussed previously...
