Ktjazz, i second what sophiesmum says, instead of trying to do so many things at once try and stick to doing one challenge at a time. With regards to spending, why not start at cutting down at one thing a week or a few weeks. For example trying to make sure you take lunch into work everyday for a few weeks, then move onto only buying two drinks whilst at work instead of your usual four. These are just examples but you can tailor it to fit you.
As a famous thrase goes 'How do you eat an elephant?'
'One chunk at a time'
If you spend your time trying to do too much you are likely to fail, start of small a chunk at a time and you'll be there before you know it and your behaviour/spending patterns will have changed along the way.
Another good one that hypno recommended was having a chart with lots of boxes drawn on it, for every £10 you manage to save or pay off the debt or alternatively for every day or week you don't spend on so and so, you colour in a square. Its a great idea as it gives you something visual to keep you motivated.:j Live on £4500, £2531/£4500:T 101 in 1001 (52/101):j:beer::j
