free entry to warwick castle

I live in Warwick and enjoy the castle but since moving here the price has quadrupled so this is a great freebie, number five voucher printing of as we speak.:beer:

I'm able to download the voucher but it has nothing on it but a barcode - anyone else had this problem - would it be accepted?

It would not be accepted as there is a column for your name and address that needs to be filled in. Try printing again.

I've had problems with it. Found out in the end the download is ok, you have to print off the voucher while using Adobe Reader . I was viewing the voucher in Preview ( Mac) and was getting a blank box.

Absolutely fantastic. Am from Warwick orginally and keep meaning to go when I visit, but it's so expensive! I'm made up!

It is 1 per adult, but a great bargain.

If you are going to the Castle on this free voucher you must pay extra to go into the Ghosts Alive exhibition - it is really great fun and somewhat frightening as it is put on by the Madame Tussards group. I won't give anything else away as you must experience it for yourselves.
The catapult in the bottom field is a must as is the jousting - it is a brilliant day out with lots going on and fun for everyone.

I wrote to Warwick castle today to see if you can use an adult ticket for a child and this is what they said:

You can use the vouchers for anyone and you don’t have to put them through separately, they can all be processed together. During the busy periods, we are directing customers with the ‘Free entry’ vouchers straight to the turn stiles to avoid queuing. If you do not need to buy any more tickets, you can take advantage of this. Take your party and six vouchers to the turnstiles and present them to the assistant!
