Unfortunately, Barclaycard has figured quite prominently on the Best Balance Transfers thread this year and rarely for the right reasons. Still, it's nice to hear from satisfied customers, as you say.
What problems have people been having (in short)?
I've scanned through some of the Best Balance transfer thread but couldn't see it.
For what it's worth, I phoned Barclaycard the other day and got told that the 6.9% LOB for exisiting customers is still running.Aiming for that elusive 'debt free' by Christmas 2012

I just checked my online statement and the BT I did via the online form on the main Barclaycard site on 17th ie 2 days ago now shows on my statement. OK it hasnt arrived at the card i was taking it off yet but it shows on my statement as BT of xxxx£ and my available credit has been reduced by that ammount. Dunno why some are being told it cant be done online, is it because i manage my account online completely ? and always have.0
