i dont know what to do right now i need help

    Sorry to hear your going through this grimmy.

    In my experience if her decision is made (it probably already is if shes got to the point where shes told you it's over) then nothing you say or do will get her back right now.

    So your left with 2 choices,
    1. you can boost her ego and lose your dignity by begging and pleading her to take you back.
    Or
    2. you can walk away with your pride and dignity and leave her wondering why your not trying to get her back. This, if anything may be enough to make her reconsider her initial decision as the human psyche makes us want what we can't have.

    If it's really over then neither approach will make any difference to the outcome, but if you beg and plead the embarrassment of doing so will be the only bit you (and her) will remember in years to come.
