Transfer woes

Can I suggest that anyone suffering the usual Cash ISA transfer problems reports them (briefly) to the FSA at www.fsa.gov.uk using their Contact Us form.
Having just reported my own bad experience I was told by the FSA that they have no rules for the transfer process and this would only change if there was sufficient evidence to warrant a change. The FSA are notoriously slow on the uptake and obviously don't read or have any regard for the financial media. So if you have a beef let them know or nothing will change.
