Just phoned dial-a-phone sales and got them to do a pricematch. Deal is a motorola c975 on 3, video talk and text 700 (400 mins, 250 txts, £5 downloads permonth) for free with 12 months free line rental on 12 month contract!

Total annual spend: £0 :D

Just get them to pricematch phones2udirect and it too could be yours! OK not the greatest phone in the universe but for free who cares?

Wish me luck with my cashback claims

Does anyone know if you can still claim your refer a friend fee or your Quidco/rpoints fee with a price match like this?
  • Wow that does sound good.

Dialaphone seem to have hiked all their prices especially for Three. Maybe it's to do with Three increasing their costs.

I really want the Nokia 6680 but can't find a 'good' deal on Dialaphone. How exactly did you get them to price match?

If that doean't work, what are phones2udirect like?? Never heard of them before but they do seem to have some good deals.

the way to get your quidco or any other cash back is to order the phone that yopu want that is expensive at dialaphone and once you get your phone to ask the CS for a price match. works everytime

You just need to call their sales department and ask them to do a pricematch on a deal you have seen on another website. I should mention you will need three things:
    a) the "code" for the phone and talkplan that you want from the dial-a-phone website
    b) details of the other offer (website, length of contract etc...)
    c) some patience. Thank goodness their sales number is 0800 because I was on it for about 25mins!!! There are only so many times you can listen to "dreams" by gabrielle while the representative on the other end sorts out the price match.

The reason I got it from dial-a-phone is that they have a good reputation for honouring cashback agreements (see other threads). Also they give you a month to submit a claim (unlike a poxy 14 days for some sites) and pay it by BACS straight into your bank account (not in phone credit like some).

    Hope this helps :-)
