Carphone Warehouse Insurance

I recently purchase a o2 mobile contract with n95 8gb from there store, At the point of sale i turned down there insurance offer as i already have cover.

Since then i have been bombarded with txt and phone calls all saying:

You have recently purchase a n95 8bg and our insurance, where ive then told the cold callers i turned down this insurance, after many question advised im not interested,

10 mins later the same phone call again, but this time i told them straight away im not interested, i was polite but i heard the person who obviously didnt put the phone down call me a t8sser* im like well so much for customer service,

And now its been 10 days and im recieving over 10 calls a day from them,
Ive contact carphone warehouse and complained but i still recieve these call,

Anyone know what i can do ??

    I'd go in and attempt to cancel the whole contract, complaining about harassment and attempted mis-selling, with a written copy to the senior management
  • Contact the ICO and OFCOM with times and dates if poss.

    Also tell them what the rep said and i would also write to the cheif exc. Tell him you also frquent a well known consumer forum.
