Just spoken to an branch adviser and the 6.25% rates on the 1 and 2 year fixed rate ISAs are likely to go down on Friday.
So it you want to open one, be quick! They also accept transfers in.

Julian Hodge Bank are both offering higher fixed ISA rates and accept transfers in so their is no big deal about N+P fixed ISA rates IMO

Whilst it is disappointing to see Norwich & Peterborough BS reduce fixed rates by up to 0.45%, this does appear to be a sign that fixed rates have peaked. All bonds now sit well below the market leaders for their respective terms. With higher rates available elsewhere, these bonds may struggle to compete.0

Depends if you like them as a company, and if you have a local branch and like dealing with branches rather than postal / internet accounts. Everyone has different requirements BLF.0
