Part of the Furniture 100 Posts Combo Breaker
Its a proper site part of Carphone Warehouse.

I ordered an Orange contract last month - Handset arrived faulty and was sent back same day.

Two weeks later still no handset yet charged line rental by Orange of £37.

Mobiles were useless at sorting it out, I'd never use them again.

To be honest, there are much better deals to be had with Quidco + Phones4u at the moment and their cashback T&C are much more straight forward (although that still leaves no room for complacency! - see mobilejunkies "cashback guide for dummies" thread).

With that in mind, Mobiles.co.uk's cashback T&C appear to be unequivocal in comparison to E2SAVE/OSPS. I personally haven't had any experience with them, but assuming you follow the "groundrules" I'd imagine the cashback would be extractable, albeit with some prodding :D.

In any case, the general consensus appears to be in the favour of M2YD/Phones4U with a unanimous animosity for CPW :o.

That's sound advice. I still actually use E2Save for some of my own new contracts when there's a good enough offer but nowadays prefer to take people to the rather safer alternative. Having said that, I would go to this company since a) it's a cpw companhy and therefore unlikely to go bust and b) does have better t&c than E2Save. I do wonder if cpw are now phasing E2Save out due due to its increasingly terrible reputation since the IIC arrived and diverting people to this more "virgin" site. Whichever cashback contract anyone takes out, they should always expect and prepare for the worse or not start screaming when the pears start to fall.
