    Who the 'ell hires a tv in this day and age?
    You can get a decent one off Ebay or Gumtree for 30 quid.
    Unless of course you want a "keep up with the Jones's TV which cost £1500 and you cant afford it but rent one to pretend you can afford it"

    Most service companies offer weekend deliveries and repairs and tv rental is a service industry. Boxclever always did in the past and they still do to most parts of the country. Anyway had a phone call from the head office today apologising for the frustration caused and would be delivering new equipment on Saturday between 08.45 and 10.45, so hopefully all is now well.

    I hired a washing machine from Box Clever about 6 years ago, i've still got it and haven't paid anything on it for the last 5 years.
