How do I get Caller Display on Nokia 6230i

Just got a Nokia 6230i on orange and when anyone calls me it just shows up as "CALL" on the screen instead of the persons name as listed in my phonebook. How do I get it to show who is calling (name & number), can anyone help?

just check whether you saved ur friend's name twice.if yes then delete one.

Sorry if I'm stating the obvious, but have you checked your phone settings to make sure that caller ID is in fact activated :question: :idea:

if you have number on both SIM and phone memory and are using both that will probably cause it too
