Appeal. You have to put what a normal day is like, but explain that your condition varies. I would also keep a diary to show how it varies.
Have you tried contacting Community Legal Advice on 0845 345 4 345?
Just a point CLA can now only give any help/advice if you qualify for legal aid,if you dont they cant help0 -
~You could resubmit further evidence from other health care proffesionals asking for a reconsideration whilst waiting for the appeal papers. Medical evidence is the key with these things, put it this way they consider the reports from medical professionals to be 'factual reports' as they actually put it so shows how much they believe claim forms. It is usually best to ask for a copy of evidence they used in the claim decision which they will send you.
its almost pointless asking for a reconsideration/revision if you intend to appeal as part of the appeal process involves a revsion(the claim is checked by a different DM)however they rarely make any change at this point.
What is helpful is asking for a statement of reasons, this also extends the time limit for appeal from 4 weeks to 6,and as has already been said opting for an oral NOT written hearing greatly improves the chance of a positive outcome.0
