Can I sell my contract phone?

I got a W580i free with my Orange contract and I don't want it. Am I allowed to sell it once I've taken the SIM out?

    yes you can, search ebay to see what they are selling for, it might be worth getting it unlocked, it will be worth more if its not locked on orange
