Sorry, no time to search through threads - it crashes about every 3 minutes.

Is it a general thing or just me ?

I've had quite a number of disconnections - Netgear DG834G "LCP down", but ADSL still there - since the server change to Carphound warehouse.

I came very close to throwing the towel in with them, but managed to get "on-line help" at the weekend, and was sent an email detailing a personal change of log-on name for the router, and a change of password too.

I don't use AOL software, and the email log on and user name remain the same through AOL's site via internet explorer.

It's only been a couple of days since I changed the settings, but no disconnections so far.

Speed of connection to some sites was rubbish yesterday, but my router is on a timer and goes off for a few hours overnight, and I suspect I was on a duff port/IP/router.

Today it's back to normal again.

I think they pu dekcuf the account migrations between servers.
