i had the same problem yesterday. just send an email to memberservices@pigsback.com

tell them you're trying to place a bet on one of the jackpots and they'll manually validate your account for you at their end, you won't need to do anything. they'll email you back when they've done it. it only took them a couple of hours to do it for me, so you've still got time.

In order to avail of the Jackpots you will need to mobile validate your account by ordering a Reward. In Rewards select the Reward you want and as you proceed to complete the order you will be prompted to enter your mobile phone number in abox provided. Next a validation code will be sent to this mobile number. When you receive the validation code via SMS you will need to enter this code into the box provided marked Validation Code.

When you have successfully mobile validated your account you will be allowed to complete your Reward order. If you don't enter the valiation code sent to you via SMS within 2 minutes of being sent it will expire. If this happens just start the process again and you'll get a new validation code.



I don't want to use my points up to get some reward just to enter the jackpot competition. I am saving my points up to get a voucher. So annoying that they want me to use my points up just so as I can enter the Jackpot.
