How long ago did you purchase the insurance? I've bought AA insurance twice through Pigsback - the first time the points were credited exactly a month after the date of purchase without any problems. The second time I had to keep chasing the points. I kept screenshots and continued to email them once a week until I eventually got the points.

I hope you get everything sorted - just be polite but persistent. :o

I purchased the insurcance 6 weeks ago.. I emailed them about 2 weeks after to see how long it would take for the points to be credited... and was told 6 weeks,

But what PB are sayin is that Iv not visited the AA site via there link at all.... this is bullcrap as i visited several times to get quotes.
would just be nice to have a way to see that how there tracking system works... rather than just 'take' there word that its not tracked..

(if you are reading this PB... Please let me have my points.... iv got a grandchild on the way and im saving for a pushchair from boots)

How often do you clear your cookies? If you havent cleared them for a while it might still be listed in the history with pigsback referral link in it which would then prove you visited the site through them (whether it would do any good is a different matter)

Did you use a comparison site before hand? There was an article on Quidco about using comparison sites and then going through another site. If you checked the comparison site and lets say you found Churchill cheapest, and went to their site. If you then went through the AA via Pigsback and Churchill were cheapest and you took up the insurance through Churchill via the AA the original comparison site would get any comision out of it. Not sure if this is what you did but it could have a baring on it.
