It's Nicole who's being evicted from the Big Brother house. Wonder how Pigsback will cope with all of us voting for her. laughing-smiley-014.giflaughing-smiley-014.gif

He may well just return our bets to us. That has happened before! Nicole was the big favourite - I don't think we'll get very much. But never mind, it's fun!

:( thanks for the heads-up - i won't get my hopes up then only to be disappointed. at least we didn't lose piggy points, that's the most important thing, so anything above zero is a bonus :D :T

Apparently 94% of viewers voted for Nicole to go. I wonder if anyone actually bet any Piggypoints on Sarah or Lisa to go. icon12.gif

the thing is, pigsback always win from these bets! if you read the rules you will know what i mean! PB takes a 20% cut of all the bets placed, for example if nicole had 900PP on her and the other 2 had 50PP on them, the following would happen. You would therefore get back 88.89% of your original stake. If you staked 100PP you would get back around 88PP or 89PP. If one selection is a very clear favourite and 90% of the PP (in tis case) are placed on the winner, 'winners' will lose. This is my interpretation of the rules. So surely everyone who backed nicole will lose points overall? could someone please correct me if i am wrong on this, thanks!

Ah, after rereading it, i think i have worked it out. The 20% deduction is from the 'winnings'. so if we use the same example, and assume 90% was placed on nicole, a 100PP bet would return 109PP! I would think at least 90% was bet on nicole, though, so I dont think it will be a huge payout at all, just your money back and a couple of points extra. It was a 'certainty' though!
