Hello all,
I seem to have come up against some 'opposition' to taking back this thread and keeping it up to date.
Please note that this thread:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1678785
has not been updated since 14/05/2009.
Of course everybody is free to choose whichever thread they wish!!
And now the usual appeal for information!!
If anybody has any new or updated information please post it up and I'll update ASAP.
I'm particularly wanting info on LOANS and MORTGAGES.
Regards

I've just spoken to Co-op mortgages on the phone, asking outright which CRA they search for applications.
The answer was Experian.
The lady also mentioned that they will not accept CCJs or Bankruptcies though.

weirdly enough (carrying on from our last convo) they only used Experian with me and declined me.... which is odd cos my experian is kinda clear (exluding the 300 searches lol).....
They must change depends what cash is left in the budget! I applied at beginning of month so maybe they had more money to spend on experian searches :rotfl: :rotfl:2010 - year of the troll

In a way I'd prefer they would report to Experian as I have noticed that most of my accounts are with Equifax (CC, current account) so when applying for credit in the past and they only search Experian am not surprised that sometimes I get declined!0

I'm sure if you word a decent letter to them then they may just report to both0
