hi.
my a&l ISA issue 4 is always being blocked. Every time try to log in it says that i am logging in from a different computer. I only use the one pc to bank online and thats safely in my bedroom. The last time It happened It was resolved by phoning up and they said the problem was that i put my place of birth in wrong 3 times. maybe i could have mistyped it once but not three times. this time its my D.O.B thats supposedly wrong. seems they know my age and i don't. I'm just trying to find out if anyone else has problems like this and will it continue. oh and should i switch provider?

Hi, yes I've experienced this a few times but I recall that it asks me to confirm one of my security steps and then it lets me log in. Does it not let you log in at all?
Perhaps it's a security measure triggered when your router assigns a new IP address to your computer. Most router's dish out dynamic IP's so your IP address will vary. This would make sense because A&L online banking is claiming you're using a different computer...and the way your computer is identified is by the IP address.
I assume you use a router to connect to the internet?0
