Make sure you take photos and then you can embarrass him when he's older, such as at his wedding.
You could always try using an eyebrow pencil, he would NEVER do it again.

My brother did this back in the 90s trying to look like vanilla ice with lines in his brows!!!! He just shaved them off totally and looked permanently surprised for about a month with no eyebrows. Oh how I laughed every time I looked at him!

ive calmed down, he is watching eastenders on my bed before he goes to bed,but what made me most livid is he denied he done anything and *it just happened* line that went on for 10 mins.
