My dilemma...

I'm really puzzled as to why you'd give up your music plans if a job as a negotiator came along. Surely if you'd prefer to do that then this would be the way for you to go?
An additional warning; small colleges often have big plans as to the courses they're going to run. You may have a "guaranteed " place for 2009 but the reality is that they may not be able to run the degree that year either; they have no way of knowing this at the present moment. Obviously if they were 100% honest and told you the risks then you might look elsewhere and this is why they've assured you that you have a place. Be careful; they need you as much as you need them.0 -

I think I would prefer to become a negotiator, however I'm finding it hard to get a trainee possition. Curently sending off letters asking for un-paid work experiance though, so that might help!
As for my college, I am 99% sure the degree will run next year; the only reason it didnt run this year is there were not enough students as the level 3 course I am on is a new course so they had no one moving from level three to the degree.
Next sepember there will be all of (well most) of the students in my current class joining the degree.0 -

Work experience will help - you may find if you've done work experience them if a position coems up in the same firm you stand a better chance of getting it. I would also sign up with a temp agency - that's how my sister got in, she temped there for a while and they kept her - she had no prior experience and doesn't drive (although she was having lessons when she started there). Driving is a really big plus if you want to do that sort of work. best of luck, cel:staradmin:starmod: beware of geeks bearing .gifs...:starmod::staradmin:starmod: Whoever said "nothing is impossible" obviously never tried to nail jelly to a tree :starmod:0 -
