I just did the test and the droplets came out blue. The online shop I bought it agree to send me a replacement but I have to give them permission to take money from my card in case I do not return the faulty cistern within 21 days. I am not very happy to do this but seems to have no choice. My husband is also concerned what happens in case the manufacturer could not find the cistern faulty. Can they make us pay? The plumber has investigated the leak and it is coming from the seal or fittings. The cistern seems to be sweating at the bottom. Very strange, I cannot understand this and could not see any visible cracks. I did ask the plumber and he said no, the only explanation is condensation. Now, I know it cannot be condensation. Does all these make sense? It is doing my head in and my husband told me to leave it as it is, being OP, we can do without the hassle.Tozer, to answer your question, I bought the new WC suite from an online retailer. Thanks0
