Nominet handles disputes about .co.uk domains - http://www.nominet.org.uk/disputes/drs/complainant/

Basically, you want to dispute an abusive registration.

Can someone please let me know how I would check how many domain names (and what they are) this guy has registered to him?
I have done a search on www.whois.domaintools.com
http://whois.domaintools.com/chocolatefountainshires.co.uk
but when I do a reverse IP check, it comes up with the server he is registered with....in the USA!!

The guys I use for hosting have an option to stop hotlinking which I believe stops other sites linking to your images etc. Might be wise to look at your hosting configuration as this might help protect your site in the future.
