Have a look at this:

Paying particular attention to section 4biv.
Thankyou for this link....but I didn't understand what it meant??When life throws you lemons...put them in a gin and tonic !!0 -
nope, you should have bought all similar names to your own, try misspelling microsoft and see where you get.
the original problem, the only site i see looking similar (layout wise) to yours is (i won't link) thechocolatefonduecompany, though their site, and the others in the top 5 google hit list, all look better presented than yours, though that may be because I use the popular firefox browser, which your site hasn't been tested for compatability with, a mistake which may be costing you money
Thankyou for pointing this out.
How do I test for compatability with Firefox??When life throws you lemons...put them in a gin and tonic !!0 -

Nominet handles disputes about .co.uk domains - http://www.nominet.org.uk/disputes/drs/complainant/
Basically, you want to dispute an abusive registration.0 -
Can someone please let me know how I would check how many domain names (and what they are) this guy has registered to him?
I have done a search on www.whois.domaintools.com
http://whois.domaintools.com/chocolatefountainshires.co.uk
but when I do a reverse IP check, it comes up with the server he is registered with....in the USA!!When life throws you lemons...put them in a gin and tonic !!0 -

Nothing unusual in that.0 -
The guys I use for hosting have an option to stop hotlinking which I believe stops other sites linking to your images etc. Might be wise to look at your hosting configuration as this might help protect your site in the future.
