My extremely clumsy daughter dropped her phone at the weekend. the back came off, battery, sim etc flew out and we just can't find the sim card. The phone is still working, but I'm worried whether 3 will replace the sim FOC or charge me?
She is on a monthly contract.
Anyone been in this situation & can advise me before I ring them?

Yep they will replace but probably charge you £10 for it, should not be a problem!
Just make sure you let them know you have lost it as someone could have it right now making hundreds of pounds worth of calls.....!!!!!!!0 -
Just for info, they did block the old one and said they would send a replacement for a "special" charge of £5; they said it is usually £17.50.0
