Hello everyone,
This is my first post in this forum and I hope I am posting on the right forum. We are just going to move in a new locality (Tannery close) in Waltham, Grimsby. I have already requested for the installation of a BT line and sky TV. The only thing I could not figure out is which ISPs provide broadband in the area.
Can anybody on the forum help me with that?
I have tried "check the availability" feature on the websites of many of the ISPs but did not find it very accurate in the case of newly developed housing units. The only way I could confirm about about any ISP in the area was through the neighbours only.
Post code of the area is DN37 0GD if it could be of any help.

Your postcode returns no results, are you sure its correct.
There are two Waltham exchanges, if you are on this one

...then there are no LLU operators, but you can use any ISP that uses BT which is almost all of them. That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
Thanks very much penrhyn for taking time for helping me out. As I mentioned it is a new development and this post code even came started appearing on the royal mail post code check page very recently.
You are absolutely correct. LLU is not avaialable in waltham exchange and this was confirmed with O2 this morning. I will have to pay £17.50 being an O2 mobile customer already while I could have it for £7.50 if LLU would be enabled there.
I want to have a decent speed broadband with no cap or with a relaxed fair usage policy (as in case of O2 and BEthere) plus a nice customer service. Based on various posts and views of other MSEs, I reckon that O2 or BEthere can be the best buys in my case. Is there any other ISP with these features offered for less than £17.50 a month ?
Thanks a lot once again0 -
You seem to be on the right line with O2 and Be, DSL zone have a ratings table, it may be skewed of course.

Penrhyn, thanks once again for your advice. I will definitely go with them now. O2 customer service is the best Customer services in general, I have ever had.0
