I opted for the calls-50 and registered it and it said that bolt on will appear in 48 hours. It also said that I should make sure that I have £7.50 in call time on the account.
I think that means that if ever I top up with £10 or more they are going to deduct £7.50 from my account each month.
Theres no obvious way to cancel the bolt ons so I fear I am stuck with it unless I call customer services. I cant call them without being in credit so its a catch 22.
Well it was a free sim anyway so I guess I'll just have to bin it
You can opt out online, go to Terms and Conditions at the 02.co.uk website to find your particular type of Bolt On and it will tell you how to opt out.
http://www.o2.co.uk/terms.html (look to the right hand side for your specific terms & conditions)
I recently opted out of a 50-texts-a-month bolt on with no charges; however I noticed that to opt out of some bolt ons they will charge you, so read the terms carefully.0 -
