Upgrading Sky package - how to get a good deal?

We currently have Sky+, with the full 6 mix package, plus Sky Sports, along with the free lowest package broadband, for £38 a month.
We ideally want to get Sky Multiroom and we want to upgrade our broadband to the Mid-sized package. The Multiroom would normally cost an extra £10 a month, plus one-off £49 for a new box. The Broadband increase would normally cost an extra £5 a month.
I'm fed up of paying the full price for everything, when everyone else seems to be getting a deal. How can I go about getting a good deal here? Should I say we want to cancel unless they can do something for us? Should I be upfront and just say, is there anything you can do? How do we word it?
