Need advice, O2 robbed me
I think thisis the place.
I ordered some of these online tarif on o2 (online 50).
when it comes for the delivery, I was given choices : weekday, £3.49 and satruday £14.99. I went for the saturday as I leave home early and don't come back until late.
the trouble was :
1-the fone never comes up, I can't receive it during weekdays.
2-I am already charged for 2 months of line rental, yet i've never seen the fone, neither the simcard, meaning I cannot yet use the service
3-I tried to phone all the numbers one their website help page, but everyone says it's not their responsability, and they need my mobile number before they can process my queries. Obviously I don't have a mobile number cause that's exactly why i was calling.
I'm completely lost with all that. Do you think I can claim back the delivery charge first as they did not deliver it on Saturday
and the line rental to start when I got the phone.
Any help welcome
Thx

I was with o2 and they were a complete pain in the !!!!!! - report them to ofcom (the phone watchdog) as they never learn their lesson otherwise. Mine is a long story or else I'd explain it - but not entirely related to yours so it wouldn't really help...
Does anyone else think that o2 are a pain in the !!!!!! too for contracts customers?"To be ignorant of one's ignorance is the malady of the ignorant." Amos Bronson Alcott0 -
they're a pain in the !!!!!!, not sure about pain in the !!!!!! though... didn't think mules could use phones (sorry but it's a pet hate of mine)
I know quite a few people - including myself - who've had murders with O2 / Genie.0 -

Why didn't they leave it with a neighbour ?0 -
don't think O2 will leave with a neighbour. Had one delivered to work and i'm pretty sure that i had to come and sign for it myself rather than the girls on reception0

Mine was left with neighbour, they just popped a ntoe through the letter box to say so.0
