I've noticed that Eyes Lips Face is mentioned in the cheap beauty deals thread and I just wanted to let you know that they've been doing free delivery offers for people who follow them on Facebook recently. For the last couple of weeks they've been offering free delivery on orders over £5 every time they hit a landmark for number of follows (i.e. when they get to 15,000 and 16,000 etc).
If you're already on Facebook and you need to get something from ELF you might as well follow them and wait for the next offer - for what you save on delivery you could get another 2 items with the money which is my kind of saving!!
