Case transferred.....

I've just phoned CSA Falkirk for an update on my case, and was told that my case was transferred to Belfast on 10.07.08 - he couldn't tell me why this had happened and admitted that it was 'quite bizarre' (not much help to me) all he could do was give me the Belfast phone number - I can't ring until next week as it's a bank holiday weekend apparently !
Has this ever happened to anyone or does anyone have an idea why this has happened?
Thanks in anticipation

cases do move around for a variety of reasons...if your caseworker cannot tell you (which is probably right) then write to the Complaints Resolution Team based at Belfast and ask them to explain it to you.0

It'll take weeks to get a response if I write - I'll ring them and see what they say

I've been dealing with Falkirk for some time now, and was recently informed by my CRO there that Falkirk is getting wound down ... not that anyone wound them up in the first place, but thats another story!
It may be that the NRP has kicked enough !!!!!!, and demanded that the case should be moved elsewhere.:wave:0 -
