Best deal for N95?
I hope someone can help me .
I am after a Nokia N95 8GB on contract .
There are loads of deals through Quidco on at the moment .Orange and Vodaphone seem to be offering the best cash back incentives .
After spending a morning trying to work out which deal is the best ,I am no closer to finding one .The main requirements are price and lots of texts .Any thing above and beyond is a bonus ...But not something I would pay for .
Any help would be much appreciated .
The Orange deal finishes this Sunday night ,so if I want to use that one I will have to pull my finger out .
Thanks in advance

Hi -I've had one on 3 for about 6 months and they are great phones. If you go via Quidco, they are offering £80 cashback on the £35 texter tariff, which gives 750 minutes and unlimited texts. If you use a recommend a friend code as well, that's another £30 credit onto your bill, making your first month only a fiver. PM me if you want an RAF code.
I've gone through Quidco for my last two phones on three and they normally pay out within 8 weeks.
On the Orange £35 tariff, the phone appears to be £50!!

I should have updated this post
I went with the orange deal that was on quidco (finished last Sunday )
It was £150 . cash back
For the £25.00 a month -18 month- on-line special tariff That works out about £16.66 a month .Unfortunately The N95-8gb is another £49.00
So we went for the N-82 This is a repackage of the N95 in candy bar shape .It has a better (Xenon) flash and can go to a 32 gb memory card ...Not sure yet if they exist .
It has all the other stuff GPS and WiFi etc
That may be an option with Vodaphone who still have a £130 cash back with quidco0 -
Have you got your new phone? If so how are you finding it?0

it wasn't for me it was for my son .
He is extremely impressed .
Battery life issues that seem to be common with N95 don't seem to be a problem
all evening on Wifi and still 80 % charge .
camera takes great pictures. Lots of apps around .
It comes with a 2gb mcro sd card .I will order an 8gb card if he needs one .
He was streaming youtube and there was no buffer under runs .and the machine doesn't seem to struggle to process stuff .
It does look unfortunately like I will be getting this or something very like this for my daughter next .
It ways much less than I thought it would and is about 1.5 times bigger all round than something like a Sony w910i ...Although the screen is probably twice the size .
The silver looked a bit odd but the black is all right looking ...kind of understated ..The speakers are pretty good to ..Overall I would give it the thumbs up ...especially with the £50.00 sign up difference compared to the N95 which is for an equal spec .
The flash does make a difference the back looks and acts just like a normal camera .0 -
I agree the N82 is a great phone. My only dislike is the grain-of-rice buttons.
A bit small for my fingers to text on.

The best deal I got for the n95 8Gig was on renewing contract with o2 - 12 months on £30 a month - which considering its normally £35 for 18 months, aint bad.
But alas phone is simply not what I expected - slow and tiresome - I am still using my old Sony k810i.0 -
I don't know how true this is ..
But the advice i read about keeping the N95 running fast is to remove the battery completely at the end of each day .
The phone operating system runs like a pda and applications run in the background evn when you've finished with them .Removing the batery at the end of each day just closes any applications that may have been used .
it sounds feasable but I have never tried it .0 -
Hi globalds
I will try removing the battery - particulary as my n95 is sitting in its original box - GRRRR0
