Let me go through some of your points
Para 1 - they did correct their mistake?

Para 2 Are you sure that it was free for 3 months? I thought the deal was £10 for 3 months and then £17 per month.

Para 4 Unfortunately when a lot of cards are ordered in a short space of time cards and PINS can be mixed up and I 'm sure that if you speak to your account manager they should award you some compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Para 7 Next time you are in branch ask them to put a no marketing indicator on your account for both mail and telephone.

Para 2 A special deal with an accounts manager who wanted a sale....got the letter in front of me. ...can not stop the computer from charging you but will diarise to refund the charges made. charged 2 June, no refund. Rang Wed after long phone call they did...must check to make sure they actually did.
Para 3. We will wait and see....will be writing letter after seeing what action they take Monday
Para 7 Already done on numerous occassions...including face to face when we opened the account expressily said no marketing or phone calls except for security purposes....2 days later marketing calls!

AFAIK he does not need a full driving licence - provisional is ok as long as it is Photo kind.
