Natwest £50 savings cashback loophole

I just got the forms in the post after applying online.
They have enclosed a pre-printed SO form to be signed and returned to them.
They will then pass this on to my external bank, presumably; details of which I had entered online when applying.
Did the forms refer to the £50 incentive too, as when clicking through online from the Offer you then have to click a separate apply button for the e-saver ?0 -
Sounds like a nice little earner. Application done online. Thats the 3rd savings account I've opened in the last couple of months after finally deciding to do something about the poor interest I was getting at the RBS.0

No reference to the £50 offer.
The offer is for all savings accounts, though, not just the e-savings.0 -

To quote 'natweststaffmember' from an earlier post, the offer T&C's are as "clear as the sky is blue".
Why are people so doubtful? You've never seen me, but I've been here all along - watching and learning...:cool:0 -

caoimhin, you can set up online transfers from e-savings to current account up to 120 days in advance. I already have a 12 month limit standing order and the first three transfers the day before from savings to current account set up.
Day before in my case just because I do keep more than 100 in the savings account. I keep only a penny in the current account and that's just because I don't like to trust whether nearly zero rounds to +0 or -0. Regular bills are paid from a different current account that pays interest. For anything else I just set up a transfer from savings to current before the item hits the current account. Arranged overdraft facility ensures that I won't get charged more than trivial interest amounts if something goes wrong.0 -
I'm a bit confused by this - where does it say you have to be an account holder to get an e-Savings account? I seem to be able to apply for either of them.0 -
Is the £50 cashback taxable?
And what about Under 18s? Under 16s?0 -
Just to confirm. You can put in the £100 then take it out again and repeat for 12 months rather than have to pay in £100 a month and keep it in there for the duration?0
