Dear Mr xxxxxxx
Thank you for your message received via the feedback section of the
natwest.com website.
The £50 cash back offer is valid as long as a standing order is set up to
your savings account for a minimum of £100 over 12 consecutive months.
Transferring money away from your savings does not affect the cash back
offer.
Yours sincerely
D Judson

sorted then id keep that as proof lol0

I applied for this and I'm not an exisiting customer, and they asked me to provide a proof of id and proof of address. The address was all the usual options (credit card or bank statemements, utility bills etc) but the id was a bit unusual. If you are working adult not in receipt of any benefits, the only id option was a pay slip. And if the pay slip doesn't have company name and address on it, you have to get a letter from your employer.
So I've had to draft a letter for my manager at work to print out on headed paper and sign for me!
Thanks yorkshireboy for emailing customer services, an email reply is much better than lots of conflicting phone advice!Indecision is the key to flexibility0 -

?
Can u send another please asking how non NatWest customers can move funds out of the e-saver, pointing out that we seem unable to set up a payee ourselves and we are reluctant to phone NatWest CS due to not being confident of being given the correct answer.0 -
