Can someone help regarding the following.
Until Sunday Orange are offering £150 cashback through Quidco if you take out a contract with Orange.
I decided to take advantage of this offer. I logged into Quidco and followed the link from there to the Orange website. Chose the Phone and the plan I wanted, input all my details, bank account, credit card etc. and proceeded to the checkout and pressed the checkout button.
After a few seconds the session timed out and I received an email from Orange to contact them. When I phoned Orange I was informed that everything has cleared including my credit report but my credit card has declined the payment and I should contact my credit card company and resolve the problem and to phone Orange again. I phoned my credit card company and sorted out the problem (The payment was only declined for some security check).
I phoned Orange again was advised that the transaction will have to be done over the phone ( this means Quidco will not track the transaction and no £150 cashback). So I suggested I will cancel this and reorder again going through Quidco, I was advised not to do this as all the credit checks have been carried out and it will cause massive problems. I declined to do the transaction over the phone as it means I will lose the £150 cashback.
Can someone advise is it possible to re-order going through Quidco and on the Orange website or will it cause problems as all the credit checks will need to be done again.
Any advise regarding this will be appreciated.

I think the Orange customer services may have been correct, that if I try to order again within certain time frame my order will be rejected due to credit security check failing.

You didn't fail the credit check - you had a problem with your credit card.
You won't get any quidco cash if you phone up for your order, so you may as well try again via quidco and see what happens.
If it fails again, then you can decide whether or not you want it without the cashback.0
